I’ve have owned my own business for the past 30 years, raised 3 children (1 out of college), owned 3 houses, in the same one now for 22 years. PHD from the school of hard knocks, love my family, and love my job, I’m really good at what I do.

The relationships I have formed with clients, business partners and associates are the most important part of my daily business. I have a deep commitment to consistently living up to my word, and giving those relationships the attention and dedication they deserve.

Outside of the office, I strive to live up to this same commitment with my friends and family.

Sometimes people will ask what I like to do with my free time. Although “free time” is a fairly scarce asset for me, I answer that I do love to work on antique automobiles and I try to carve out time for the remodeling projects around the home that seem to arise.

I believe that passion is at the very heart of what it takes to be successful in business and in life.

I’ve closed many loans and discovered the reverse mortgage and its benefits while investigating how to help one of my clients. I was so impressed with the many benefits. I decided to make Reverse Mortgages my mission. Doing reverse mortgages is a ‘Mr. Feel Good.’ No joke, when you do something that works for people and improve their quality of life, it's a good thing.
