ITEMS NEEDED AT APPLICATION

Please have these items available at the time of application. Your cooperation is appreciated and will enable us to process your loan in a timely fashion.

• Original Counseling Certificate (Borrowers must complete the required  HECM/HOMEKEEPER counseling prior to obtaining a reverse mortgage)

• Photocopy of driver's license or other state issued photo identification

• Photocopy of social security or medicare card for each borrower

• Most recent real estate tax bill for the subject property

• Information on current home owner insurance policy including name of company, phone number, and copy of most recent declarations page.

• Information on flood insurance policy, if applicable

• Copy of most recent mortgage statement and a phone number for customer service (if there is an outstanding loan on the property)

• Copy of Deed for subject property

• Copy of Survey
